Prices of products displayed on our web site include VAT (21%), applicable for Spain and European Union (EU) members (except Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and the rest of the EU exceptional areas). VAT will not be charged to customers outside of the EU. Prices do not include any other tax, rates or surcharges.
Customers from regions that do not appear in the online store have to send an e-mail to hello@epicatales.com in order to obtain information about prices and shipping costs.
PAYMENT METHODS
PayPal (including credit card, debit card, and bank transfer)
When you go to checkout you will be redirected to PayPal's secure website to complete your order. You have the option to pay with your PayPal account or if you do not have a PayPal account, you can simply use your credit card or you have the option to create a PayPal account. However, a PayPal account is not required for you to complete your order.
DELIVERY
epicatalesshop.com would try to minimize the order delivery time. If there is available stock, every order will be processed the next 48 h (Spain business days) after receiving it and the requested products will be shipped throughout the next 5 to 15 days (Spain business days) since processing the order. In the case of not-in-stock products and Pre-orders, they will be processed and shipped as soon as they are available again and stored in our headquarters.
Orders will be shipped through the Spanish postal service, Correos de España, and other private services in some special cases. Epica Tales Store is not responsible for any delay caused by Postal Services.
