You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 15 calendar days without any justification.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days after the day you, or a third party on your behalf, other than the carrier, acquired the material possession of the goods you paid for.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform www.epicatalesshop.com of your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement. This statement can be sent by email to the following address: hello@epicatales.com.

In order to comply with the withdrawal deadline, the communication concerning your wish to exercise your right of withdrawal must be sent before the relevant deadline expires.

Consequences of the withdrawal: If you decide to withdraw, we will refund all payments received for the products that are the subject matter of the withdrawal without any unjust delay after the products have been returned to our headquarters and their condition is examined. We will proceed with the above mentioned refund using the same method of payment used by you in the initial transaction. You will not incur any extra costs as a result of the refund. We may withhold the refund until all the goods have been received, until the necessary verifications have been carried out to ensure all the items are in perfect condition, unused, complete, and in their original box and packaging, once they have been returned to our headquarters. You shall assume the direct cost of returning the goods.

You must return or deliver the goods to us (Calle Berlin 4, portal 4, 1-A, 28224 Pozuelo de Alarcon, Madrid, Spain), directly without unjust delays and, in any event, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline shall be deemed to have been met if the goods are returned before the aforementioned period has elapsed.
